How to Register

1. Fill out and submit the online registration form.
2. Print out the confirmation page and send it to us along with your payment to the address below:

3. An additional confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide.

Please Note:

• All payments must be received no more than 7 days after end of registration period.
• Make the check or money order payable to: WCPCW 17
• Indicate on the check the name(s) of the registered person(s)
• We will only accept payment for registration by personal or cashiers (bank) check, or money order. No credit cards or cash will be accepted either by mail or for the on-site registration.
• Registration will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: Full refunds will be given if requested by January 17, 2005. There will be no refund if canceling within 7 days of the conference.
